This tutorial uses the mix and match Rosette kits
by Designs by Sarah and
PolkaDot Scraps.
The tutorial teaches how to use the pick tool
(or deform tool in previous versions).
This is not a difficult technique and I have done tons of
screenshots to make it easier.
